I completely get this. I have done computer fasts before, but now, I'm thinking that I need to back off of just FB and go back to reading the few blogs that I have on my reader and then post on my own more. It doesn't seem to take up nearly the amount of time that FB does (weirdly enough b/c I remember thinking that it would be better!). I hope you find a way to stay in touch yet be able to minister to your family fully, as well. Hope you have a good Wednesday, friend.
